Information we collect
When you send an enquiry through the forms on the home page or the contact page, we receive the details you enter. That usually means your name, work email address, phone number if you give one, company name, the role you are hiring for and your message. We also receive any email you send to info@executivesearchfirms.org.
During a search, executives and other candidates may share their contact details, resume, career history and compensation information with us, or we may collect professional details from public sources such as company websites and professional networks.
When you browse the site, cookies and analytics tools collect usage data such as the pages you visit, the site that referred you, your browser type and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
How we use information
We use personal information to reply to enquiries, to run and manage executive searches, to keep records of our work and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
A candidate's details are shared with a hiring organization only with that candidate's agreement. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers
Some companies process data on our behalf. The enquiry forms are provided by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), which stores what is submitted. The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Email is handled by our email provider. These service providers may use the information only to provide their services to us.
Google Analytics
The site uses a Google tag that sets Google Analytics cookies. They count visits, show which pages are read and which sources bring visitors, and record when someone sends an enquiry form or selects the email link. Google processes this data under its own terms.
You can block these cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy or as the law requires. After that it is deleted or anonymized.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for businesses and job seekers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
